On Our Way Home

We’ve been driving 15 hours a day for the past 2 days and it doesn’t feel like we’ve traveled far at all (I think it’s because we haven’t). The spraying season is starting earlier this year with the warm temps so we had to cut the trip short a few days. We are in Edmonton, Alberta right now and should be home Sunday evening if the roads stay clear. This drive is not nearly as fun when you aren’t stopping along the way to ski.

Yes, it’s time you came home, because you have had too much fun & adventure. What a story; will you write your journal, Calley? Then you could publish & make some money or perhaps a final paper for a class.
Your Grand is here with me & is in good form.

    • Shirley, I wrote in my journal the entire trip! Which was great because I usually write in it for a day or two and then lose interest. But everyday was documented. If you and my mom want to make a roadtrip out to Minnesota, the kitchen table in the camper turns into a bed ;).
Also, nice to hear your voice the other day and do not worry you will see me again!

Aunt Cyndy here — for some reason my opportunity to “Comment” has not available for some time, so I’m replying here, though this is not in response to what Shirley wrote.

Is there an end to this story? Last we heard you were on your way home. Did you make it?? What else? What’s next? Hope all is well. ♥
